Objective: Thoracic spinal stenosis (TSS) develops as a result of decreased canal volume in the thoracic spine. The prevalence TSS is low when compared with cervical or lumbar stenosis, and conservative treatment not effective. present study aimed to all surgical methods employed their outcomes patients diagnosed our clinic.Methods: In this study, data 14 including three single-level, nine two-level, one patient three-level, multilevel hypophosphatemic rickets who underwent surgery due TSS, were retrospectively evaluated using discharge summary, reports, preoperative postoperative radiological images.Results: age ranged from 53 68 years. Of included hemilaminectomy, two total laminectomy, six laminoplasty, five laminectomy fusion posterior instrumentation. A dramatic improvement was observed neurological deficits existing period early adequate decompression before development severe continued rehabilitation added treatment.Conclusion: Patients have an insidious clinical course manifested by upper motor neuron symptoms. Although low, diagnosis are important. results satisfactory achieved condition worsens.
